Stripe Payments

At Steelaza Ltd, we use Stripe as our primary payment processor to provide you with secure and efficient payment options. By choosing to purchase our products through Stripe, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Payment Processing: All payments made through Stripe are subject to the terms and conditions of Stripe, Inc. When you make a payment, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the full amount to the payment card you designate for the transaction.
  2. Payment Information: You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, card number, or expiration date), and you must promptly notify us or our payment processor if your payment method is canceled (including if you lose your card or it is stolen), or if you become aware of a potential breach of security.
  3. Security: Stripe adheres to international standards of data security and you can feel confident that your card information is kept secure at all times. No credit card details are stored on our servers.
  4. Currency: All transactions processed through Stripe on our website are in [specify currency, e.g., EUR, USD, etc.]. If your credit card is denominated in another currency, the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may have the right to directly contact Stripe to formally dispute the transaction, under the conditions set by Stripe’s terms of service.
  7. Fraud Prevention: To help prevent fraud and safeguard your information from the risk of unauthorized access, we and Stripe may validate all credit card information supplied by you during the transaction process. This may include verifying your registered information against third-party databases.
